Columbus Square is one of two villages that make up the development of Villages of Columbus.

Columbus Square consists of 8 neighborhoods (built by Lennar and William Lyon Homes).  Columbus Square is in the City of Tustin.  All of Columbus Square belongs in the Tustin Unified School District.

Is any of Kensinton Court units really in Columbus Square? I think the 8th neighbothood in CS is Coventry Court, active adult community by Lennar.

Not that I’m aware of.  I saw it drawn in on a map from early last year.  I’ll update the first post  Thanks

i heard that the same floor plan that they have for kensinton court in columbus grove will be use for another development in columbus square. but now with the slow down..... i don’t know if they will start that anytime soon.

It’s Mirabella by Lyon. The sign says, “Coming Spring 2008,” but nothing is happening there. Yet.
